Instructions for the PDF viewer: Click on the "Full Screen" icon in the upper right corner (next to the magnifying glass) to enlarge the viewer. Use your mouse to click on the bottom corner of a page to turn the page. You can also use your keyboard's left and right arrows to turn the pages. A page thumbnail table of contents can be displayed by clicking on the four small squares icon at the top right of the page.
